No matter what kind of music you’re in the mood for this weekend, I have you covered. On Friday evening at 5:45 at Binn’s Park in Lancaster, I’ll be playing bass for the pop-folk song stylings of Matt Wheeler and Vintage Heart. On Saturday night, the reinvented Superficial Charm, featuring Drummin Jerry, Tom Crawford, and yours truly, will play your favorite hits from the 80s, 90s and 00s at Bube’s Brewery starting at 10 PM. It will be loud. And on Sunday evening, I invite you to join The Juan Catorce Band (including Jen Rhine, Shawn Vago and Alan Ault) at the 4th Street Cafe in Columbia at 6 PM.

Had a very fun outdoor show with Tom Crawford and Drummin Jerry this evening. Started out awfully hot but cooled off as the afternoon wore on. We did about 45 songs on a makeshift stage, salve we had some excellent roasted pork, I broke a string on my Gretsch, and everybody at the party seemed to have a great time!

If you didn’t come to our show tonight, here’s a partial list of things you missed:
1) Mounted police officer questioning whether our gig was legit
2) A big hay truck that went by twice (cruising the loop?)
3) A skeleton with hipster glasses
4) Some dude doing something weird with a balloon
5) A unicyclist carrying a tuba

These are just a few reasons you should come to our shows. There’s always something interesting. 🙂
